Santoku America, Inc. (SAI) produces exotic custom made alloys and high purity rare earth metals in various forms (e.g., machined parts, foils, ingots, etc.). Our production facility has been located in Tolleson, Arizona for more than 30 years. In that time we have developed patented mold technology and proprietary melting, casting and solidification techniques. SAI’s has long been an analytical leader in rare earth analysis and the alloy production process has maintained an ISO certification since 1995. Our vacuum induction melting furnaces and production capabilities are ideal for many products with tight specifications and a sensitivity to oxygen and nitrogen contamination.
